The Navy has launched the recompete of a contract to provide technical support services for electronic warfare systems and specifically the integration of weapon systems, electronic support and countermeasures and mission data systems.
VSolvit won the work as a Seaport task order in 2024 and is about halfway through the $45 million ceiling, according to GovTribe data.
A sources sought notice posted on Sam.gov indicates the Naval Air Warfare Center plans to again use the Seaport vehicle for the recompete. Responses to the notice are due April 24.
The Navy is looking for four capability areas: quick reaction, research and analysis, engineering, and program and project management.
Each capability area has sub-categories of work. For example, the Navy wants responses for the quick reaction capability to describe work with prototypes and integrating subsystem components.
The Navy expects the five-year contract to be a small business set-aside, so a small business must perform at least 50% of the work.
