Five companies are arguing that they should also be on the government-wide professional services vehicle’s apparent winners list. Several companies have filed protests after apparently failing to make the cut for the General Services Administration’s newest round of apparent awardees the OASIS+ vehicle.
On June 20, GSA named 131 more small businesses to the massive government-wide vehicle for professional services. The list of winners will not become official until July 2 to give time for challenges to whether these companies are in fact small businesses.
GSA said it continues to evaluate proposals for the 10-year contract, but that has not stopped five companies from arguing that they should be included in the new group of winners.
These are the protestors who filed on Friday:
- Akima Systems Engineering
- Chenega Services and Professional Solutions.
- Old Harbor Solutions
- Troy 7
- Yulista Services
Yulista filed two protests on the same day. The Government Accountability Office may consolidate all of the protests into a single case if the allegations being raised are similar enough.
