SOCOM’s naval component also acquires equipment-related and knowledge-based services through the contract in support of day-to-day operations. Special Operations Command has awarded five companies positions on a potential seven-year, $399 million contract vehicle for logistics and other professional services in support of SOCOM’s naval component.
SOCOM and the Naval Special Warfare Command also use the contract to acquire equipment-related and knowledge-based services for the latter’s enterprise requirements within and outside the continental U.S., the Pentagon said in its Wednesday awards digest.

- Spathe Strategic Support joint venture
- People, Technology and Processes (incumbent)
- Skybridge Tactical
This is the second iteration of the Maritime Special Operations Forces Support contract, which is a small business set-aside program. MSOFS is designed to support the Naval Special Warfare Command’s day-to-day operations and priorities of its commanding officer.
Solicitation documents posted in November outline the primary work areas as including logistics, equipment, management support, intelligence-related activities, and engineering and technical services.
The original MSOFS version was awarded to four companies in 2020 at a $245 million ceiling with 84% of it obligated to-date, or $204 million, according to GovTribe data. People, Technology and Processes is the largest incumbent at $79 million in obligations and will continue onto MSOFS 2.0.
